Time2shop (T2S) offers FREE DELIVERY across New Zealand!

Our warehouse is located in Sydney, Australia and orders are dispatched as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your product super fast!

Tracking: All orders are shipped via track and trace courier service. When your parcel is picked up by our courier you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information for your goods.

Delivery timeframe: It takes 12 - 15 business days Our warehouse working hours are Mon - Fri / No weekends, from 8am - 6pm Orders placed on a weekend may take 2 extra days Rural deliveries can sometimes take an extra few days as well

Returns and Warranty

Returns:

If the product is faulty or damaged, please allow us to give the best possible replacement for your product, if we are not able to provide you with a replacement, we will process a refund for you.

You are entitled to a return item that are damaged or faulty upon delivery. Product warranty covers defects and faults. It does not cover faults or defects arising from incorrect use. It does not apply to accidental damage, misuse or neglect. If your return is accepted, we will then send you a replacement product. We may request images of defects and faults to be sent prior to accepting return requests. Freight fees are nonrefundable.Conditions of returns: The product must be returned in the original packaging and in original condition in order to qualify for exchange and must be in a sellable condition. For bedding products we require the product to be unused and unopened due to Australian Health and Safety Laws. We do not accept change of mind requests.

Warranty:

Time2shop (T2S) warranty policy covers our products for 30 Days from the delivery date. Warranty claims cover any fault, defect or failure occurring as a result of the manufacturing process. Damage or faults occurring as a result of misuse, accident, or wear and tear is not covered by our warranty policy.

In any case of faulty or damaged item, we will proceed with a replacement or full refund.

Before you make a purchase please ensure you are choosing the right product. If you have any questions regarding a product please don’t hesitate to contact our great customer service team, who will respond to you promptly. If you receive the product and change your mind, please do not open the product. Opened bedding is unable to be resold for hygiene and safety reasons. If you open the product we will not accept returns.
