overall poor service. I've had to contact DHL and DAI and seller just to understand where the package is and what's happened as never delivered to my address. reported to trade me. requesting full refund as I don't even have the product.

Absolutely no communication, not a single email from this seller, purchased a school bag for my daughter at beginning of Christmas holidays, school goes back in a couple of days and it hasn’t arrived, or even been sent as far as I know?
