Vinyl Kitchen uses NZ Post for shipping our products. Quick dispatch to the courier is available once payment has been received. We offer free shipping to anywhere in New Zealand for purchases $100 NZD and over. Add items to your cart and it will automatically trigger free shipping when you reach $100.

If a product is faulty we will pay for shipping it back to us and will process the refund once received and reviewed.

Refunds are not given if you choose a DVD or Blu-ray with a region your player does not play, you are expected to check this in the product details before purchasing. If for some reason we have listed the region incorrectly we are happy to offer a refund or exchange for one with the correct region (if available)
