Free Shipping We offer free shipping on some products - these are all identified. We also run free shipping promotions from time to time - so watch out for these.

Shipping Method We use Post Haste Couriers to deliver orders. When we dispatch your item to you, an email confirmation will be sent.

Shipping Times Most orders are dispatched on the next working day. We deliver via a tracked courier service - once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a link to track the status of your order with our delivery partner. Standard NZ delivery is 2 business days to major cities, with additional time for rural deliveries.

Restrictions Wine Central’s Trade Me store offers delivery within New Zealand only. We do not currently ship to off-shore Islands like Waiheke or Great Barrier Islands. Packages do not ship from our Distribution Centre in Auckland on any Statutory Holiday. the following holidays: Please allow additional delivery times of up to 4 business days, if your order is placed within two days of a Statutory Holiday. Please note that orders placed after 12.00pm on a Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday. Weekends and all Public holidays are not classed as a business day. All orders will be processed on the first available business day.

Pricing I have previously seen and/or purchased an item at a lower price, can you honour this? We regularly hold sales, promotions or clearance events for different product ranges, therefore prices can, and will change from time to time. We are not obligated to honour previous prices; only those published at the time of purchase apply.

Can I pay for overnight or express deliveries? Unfortunately not, at this current time we only have one freight option available.

How will my order be delivered? Your order will be delivered to your door by Post Haste Couriers; this can be a residential or business address.

How long will my order take? If you are in a residential area please allow 2 – 4 business days for your order to be processed and delivered to you. For rural areas, and during busy sale periods, please allow a further 1 – 2 business days.

Do you offer international shipping? We currently do not offer international shipping. We only deliver to addresses within mainland New Zealand.

My item arrived damaged - what should I do? If you have received a faulty or damaged item please email or call our helpdesk - call 0800 800 640 to discuss the issue and work out an appropriate solution.

I received the wrong product - what should I do? Please let us know that you have received an incorrect item. Our team will work with you to discuss the issue and come to an appropriate solution.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a Trade Me purchase? Yes, we have a 100% guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason - we will replace or refund your purchase depending on the circumstances. If you want to return an item purchased on Trade Me, please get in touch with us.

How do I get the order back to you? Contact our helpdesk and we will arrange for collection.

Will you refund my delivery charge if I change my mind? We’ll refund you what you paid for your product(s) but not the delivery charge, unless the order was faulty or incorrect.

Wine Central eVouchers & Gift Cards

I have a Wine Central Store Credit, Voucher or Gift Card – can I use it to shop with Wine Central on Trade Me? Wine Central Store Credits, Gift Cards and eVouchers cannot be redeemed when shopping on Wine Central’s Trade Me store.
