1989 BMW 325i MSport
Description
With some sadness the time has come to part with this authentic 325i Msport to make way for the classic sports car of my dreams which has finally come my way; I'm now out of garage space to keep it housed. I found this vehicle in a tired but very original state and have spent a large sum to bring it back to the standard which I find acceptable. I have kept a meticulous log of everything that I've spent on it and am happy to share this with potential buyers. The work done on it includes
- Cambelt, waterpump, camshaft seal, all belts just renewed
- New Clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder
- Fresh oil change with new filter
- Gearbox oil, diff oil changed
- New brake rotors all round
- Cooling system flushed and fresh antifreeze
- Brake fluid flush and replace
- New fuel tank
- New front control arms
- New front shocks
- New Scorpion rear silencer system- sounds superb
- Genuine Alpina wheel rims just refurbished and new Goodyear Efficient grip tyres fitted
- Front seats reupholstered in the genuine fabric
The list of refurbishments is endless; ready to take to the next level to bring it to concourse level. Absolutely no issues with it but please keep in mind that this vehicle is now 33 years old so I'm not proclaiming it to be perfect- I have described it as honestly as possible.
Note: Speedo is in miles not kms. I believe this to be genuine. Speedo needle doesn't always come back to rest at 0 when ignition switched off- possibly a bad ground in the circuitboard
Viewing would be preferable however being up in Kerikeri I realise that this might be awkward for potential buyers. The personal plate is not included in the sale however I'm open to negotiate a figure post auction. I'll also throw in a workshop manual plus some new spares which I haven't used.
