RAM-B-201U-C - Long arm for RAM systems with B sized ball
Description
The long length double socket arm has a socket at each end that accommodates RAM's 1" (b-sized) ball bases.
RAM's ball and socket technology allows for almost infinite viewing angles and adjust-ability. With a length of 5.25" socket to socket, the long arm is great for situations in which longer reach is needed. For example, where your gadget needs to clear something that's in the way, or where you want your device to be closer to you.
The one caution we have with using the long arm in your system is that there is a theoretical potential for greater vibration when compared to the short or standard length arms. This is purely due to physics. Whilst this may be the case, we haven't encountered issues of this nature with our customers, and we wouldn't stock this product if we weren't convinced it works (and works well)!
