Dear Trademe Users, see my previous feedback (10 down the list) for the same item. Still not resolved since 3rd March 2013. Tim posted my phone uninsured and untracked without consulting me on insurance and my phone was lost in the post. I assumed (wrongly) that he would cover himself and his customer. and this was after waiting two months for the repair. Tim please respond to my emails and arrange to return my money and cost of lost phone.

Great service, nice and friendly. Had a few hiccups with the supplier sending the wrong parts but was very apologetic and got another 10% discount out of goodwill. All got sorted and now have my iPad back good as new! Thank you Tim :-)

I paid for repair, and handed my galaxy smart phone over to Tim to be repaired on the 3rd of March 2013. After talking at length we arranged for the part to come from China. ETA given: 10 days. 6 weeks later still no phone, no answer to my calls/emails, I believe my details were lost as I had to re supply them and my phone was therefore mixed with other phones and Tim did not know which was mine until I described it. He said it was ready for dispatch on 14th April. Still no tracking number.

EXCELLENT A+++++ service from these guys - kept me in touch the whole way, and my GHD's were returned like brand new ones. Recommending to everyone!

this is brisksta and i am writing on another account coz you have black listed me but all i am wanting is a reply to the many emails txts and calls i have placed to u for my $80 u said u refunded nearly 3 weeks ago which has not showed up in my account!! it seems i have to write on here to get a response out of u..its getting abit frustrating when all i want is my money i am owed!!!
