BMW E30 6 cyclinder 2.0 litre engine from 1983 320i done approx 205,000km's. M20B20 engine model, wiki says 92 kW (123 bhp) Just successfully driven from Auckland to Christchurch without issues. Tappet or something up top sounds a bit noisy?
Just purchased the car and taking out as part of an engine upgrade and manual conversion, not aware of any history so it's as is where is.
Great easy replacement engine if you have issues or for parts for who know's what. Comes complete with auto gearbox, won't have the starter motor.... otherwise pretty complete.
Will be removed from car around the 3/4th Feb or before if sold, so can be heard running, driven before then.
