I have spent many years working with people and volunteering with charities, five years ago I decided to pursue a Bachelor of Counselling. Since then I have counselled a wide range of people from children to adults in their 60s, in New Zealand and Australia.

I studied and practice Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.

My goal is to be warm, real and genuine. I love getting to build relationships with people and seeing transformation in their lives. I want to help you reach your goals.
