Kiwi Greek Elvis is a Wellington ETA (Elvis Tribute Artist,) who performs at private and public events and functions (including charity events.)

KGE loves our capital city and is now also part of a busking initiative to support, celebrate and promote the vibrancy of Wellington’s night life: our proud hospitality industry and entertainment districts!

Q. Who are we looking for?

A. You may be an enthusiastic amateur singer looking for a fun new hobby or collaboration, or a student looking to develop or extend your performance values and capabilities.

Q. What responsibilities does a KGE Backing Vocalist have?

A. Performing essential backing vocals and basic choreographed movement. Helping out with stage set up, etc, where possible. Attending rehearsals once or twice a week to ensure the quality of our performances.

Q. Will I receive payment or any benefits as a KGE Backing Vocalist?

A. Yes.

*Please Note: Although this is volunteer work and you won’t be employed or remunerated by Kiwi Greek Elvis himself, you will receive a quarter share of performance fees (where applicable,) and a quarter share of any busking gratuities.

Café or restaurant meals and refreshments will be provided by KGE at his discretion, and up to two costumes (selected by KGE with BV input) will be provided per year (excluding footwear.)
