Retail Store Manager LollyShop

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Palmerston North team. The Store Manager role is a senior position working in liaison with the wider Management team to manage full day-to-day operations of your store.

You will be responsibly for working with your 2IC to foster a positive environment for your team and customers. Ensuring the store runs smoothly both while you are working and in your absence.

• Team Management
• Minor HR & Rostering
• Inventory Management
• Following Food Safety Guidelines
• Keyholder Responsibilities
• Merchandising
• Training
• Ad hoc tasks as required

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for someone friendly, confident and detail-orientated who is comfortable making decisions in line with company policies and guidelines. Ideally you will have previous Retail Management experience. You should be competent with a computer and comfortable leading and Managing a team.
