Insignia Design & Architecture Ltd is an established architecture studio working on a diverse range of projects, with a strong focus on high-quality residential and small commercial work. We are a close-knit, supportive team and are currently seeking a motivated Intermediate to Senior Architectural Designer to join us.
This is an excellent opportunity for a designer who enjoys working directly with clients, taking ownership of projects, and growing their career within a collaborative practice.
About the role: You will be involved in projects from concept through to construction, including:
- Client meetings and concept design development
- Site and subdivision developments, including coordinating high-level scheme plans
- Preparing documentation for resource and building consent
- Coordinating with consultants and contractors
Key requirements:
- Intermediate to senior level experience in architectural design
- Strong proficiency in Archicad (essential)
- Good understanding of NZ building codes and consent processes
- Confident communicator with clients and consultants
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Ideally LBP Design 2 qualification (or working towards)
