A successful Auckland contractor brand name has a strong forward workload. They have a combination of their own developments plus negotiated work from regular clients. As these projects look to commence, they are now looking to secure an additional QS at the intermediate/senior or senior level to assist in managing the financial delivery for these projects.
You will be managing subcontractors, managing and processing variations, final account work in terms of cost reporting and reconciliations. Also included is some estimating and tendering work.
This role would suit an applicant with at least 5+ years of commercial main contractor QS experience with relevant tertiary qualifications. The role will be office based but could lead into being site based for a part of project/week. You are a natural communicator and build relationships at all levels with ease.
