ConsultANZ is seeking a Junior/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a growing consultancy in Auckland. You will be responsible for supporting commercial operations across energy and civil projects, bringing strong communication, organisational skills, and commercial awareness to a dynamic delivery team.
Main Duties:
- Work directly with clients on small and large projects
- Manage variations, claims, and contractual matters (NZS 3910 and other contracts)
- Support commercial delivery from the client’s side
- Contribute to financial reporting and project cost tracking
- Assist with contract administration and cost management Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
- Experience in consultancy or client-side QS roles preferred
- Familiarity with NZS 3910 contracts and claims management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with MS Office Benefits:
- $100-130k base, negotiable depending on experience
