ConsultANZis recruiting a skilled and confidentQuantity Surveyorto join a growing Auckland team of a leading consulting firm with extensive experience in the energy and civil sectors. Main Duties:
- Support Senior QSs with payment claim reviews and contract drafting.
- Manage variations and claims from the client side.
- Work across projects of varying sizes and contract types, including NZS3910.
- Maintain registers of variations, claims, delays, and instructions.
- Prepare notices for claims and variations as required.
- Assist with procurement activities and ensure policy compliance.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure contract compliance.
- Provide reporting and general commercial support.
- Perform general ad-hoc duties as required. Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
- 2+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor (intermediate level).
- Experience across multiple project sizes and contract types.
- Strong communication skills, confidence, and professional presence.
- Ability to manage complex situations and multitask effectively.
- Highly motivated, ambitious, and proactive. Benefits:
