Description
ConsultANZis looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading contractor on a major infrastructure project in Auckland. This permanent, full-time role offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-impact project while building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Resolve project issues and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships to ensure contract compliance.
- Assist with commercial reporting and provide general support.
- Track variations, claims, delays, and instructions, and assist with formal claims.
- Meet client KPIs and work within strict deadlines. REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience in a commercial project environment.
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and leadership skills.
- Previous experience with a reputable main contractor is preferred. BENEFITS:
