Forme Reclad are a small, well-established Auckland construction company specialising in recladding, remedial, and complex building upgrade projects. We take pride in doing things properly - delivering high-quality workmanship, maintaining honest communication, and achieving great outcomes for our clients.

With a strong reputation and a healthy pipeline of ongoing work, we're looking for a capable and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our team and take ownership of key projects.

About the Role

This is an ideal role for a QS who enjoys working in a hands-on, close-knit environment where your contribution genuinely matters. You'll be involved across the full project lifecycle - from early pricing and tendering through to final accounts - working closely with project managers, site teams, and clients.

Procore is the main system we use, you'll play a key role in cost control, contract administration, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end QS management on recladding and remedial construction projects
• Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tenders
• Subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and variation management
• Preparing and assessing payment claims and schedules
• Monitoring project costs and cashflow using Procore
• Working collaboratively with project managers and site teams to keep projects on track

About You:

• 4+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in New Zealand construction
• Strong working knowledge of NZS3910 and standard construction contracts
• Procore experience is preferred but not essential
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
• Practical, organised, and able to work independently
• Enjoys being part of a small, experienced team where quality matters
• Recladding or remedial project experience is highly desirable
