The Role We’re looking for a self-motivated Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial Team. If you enjoy civil construction, getting about on site, and want to work in busy and collaborative environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Ensuring Financial Efficiency & Income Streams – Comprehensive submission of progress claims for both contracted scope and changes, creating a no-surprises financial environment for all project stakeholders. Identifying opportunities to enhance value through effective cost management, budgeting, and strategic planning
• Leading Procurement Strategies – Managing supplier and subcontractor procurement and ongoing administration
• Comprehensive Cost & Contract Management – Tracking project costs and preparing detailed financial reports against budgets
• Strengthening Industry Partnerships – Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders for long-term success and market opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Formal Qualification – preferred, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years post grad experience
• Integration into project teams – close collaboration with project managers and site teams, providing financial support for smooth project delivery.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills demonstrated by prior project financial reporting experience
• Strong skills with Candy software particularly post tender budget management
