Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

ConsultANZis looking for a motivatedIntermediate Quantity Surveyorto join a growing client-side consultancy team in Auckland, supporting projects across the construction and infrastructure sectors. Main Duties:

• Support Quantity Surveying and contract administration on client-side projects.
• Assist with measurement and preparation of cost estimates.
• Review payment claims and help manage variations.
• Support procurement processes and tender evaluations.
• Maintain registers for variations, claims, and contract instructions.
• Assist with commercial reporting and project cost control.
• Work closely with senior team members to support project delivery. Requirements:
• Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in Quantity Surveying.
• Experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team environment. Benefits:
