About the Role:

In conjunction with the Project Manager, you will have financial ownership and provide effective and efficient cost management and estimating services including:

• Monthly client financial reporting.
• Cost estimation and budgeting.
• Tendering and trade procurement.
• Cost control and monitoring.
• Valuation and payment certification.
• Risk management and dispute resolution.

About You:

As a driven self-starter with high attention to detail and an inquisitive personality you will add value and continuously strive for excellence!  In addition to this, you will have the following attributes:

• 7+ years’ experience in a QS role, in the commercial construction environment.
• A tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, or relevant industry experience.
• Proven experience using Jobpac is non-negotiable.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork skills with a great work ethic.
• Exhibit ample initiative and innovation in the way you work.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven experience with the full MS Suite & navigating MS Project software is advantageous.
