ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for someone who has experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Foreman and is ready for their next challenge. This is an on-site, hands-on role where you'll support teams with physical work, keep the site rolling, and play a key part in mentoring and guiding team members to grow their skills and confidence. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Arrange, direct, and monitor on-site construction activities
- Plan and program project works
- Organizing materials, plant, and subcontractors
- Provide training and guidance to the team
- Maintain high Health & Safety and Quality standards
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in supervising teams from a variety of backgrounds
- Ability to complete basic mark out of installation locations from drawings
- Familiar with the use of laser levels and basic survey tools
- Experience using / operating anchoring and drilling equipment (A-frame / wagon drill & high reach drilling equipment)
- Experience operating excavator mounted / tracked drill rigs for ground anchoring / soil nailing
- Experience in a variety of drilling techniques, such as the use of casing systems (J-lock or Robit systems etc.) and self-drilling anchors
- Experience in steel fixing or shotcrete application
- EWP, WTR or Forklift trade certificates would be advantageous but not essential
- Full NZ driver's license
