Moon Civil & Drainage Ltd. is a locally owned and operated business specialising in Drainage and Earthworks, based in Mt Maunganui and servicing the Bay of Plenty.

Our team now requires a Certified, registered or experienced civil drainlayer or experienced machine operator to work in with our team as a foreman carrying out earthworks, drainage, watermain, services and roading.
This position will require someone who leads by example and works well in a team. You will be working in closely with the project manager and/or site supervisor and physically carrying out hands on work.
Along with excellent drainage and/or operating skills, to be eligible for this position the candidate will also ideally have knowledge of the following:
- Health and Safety Implementation
- Detailed daily prestart meetings
- Earthworks, Drainage, watermain, services and roading in both Civil and Commercial applications
- Competent machine operator
- Extensive knowledge of Land development projects(sub-divisions)
- Keep daily job records detailing staffing levels, incidents, progress and delay.
- Be methodical, detailed, organised and follow systems
- Have excellent communication skills
- Liaising with Site supervisors in regard to priorities, programme, materials supply and troubleshooting.
The ideal applicant would also have a minimum of 5 years civil and/or commercial drainage and be a GOOD BUGGAR!!
Must have recent experience of at least 3 years working on subdivisions or large commercial projects as a foreman.
Assistance could be given for relocation costs.
