We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Civil Foreman to lead the delivery of both small and large-scale civil construction projects in our Rolleston branch. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with a proven track record in civil construction, strong team management skills, and a commitment to excellence.

About the Role Reporting to the Civil Construction Manager – Rolleston, you will be responsible for overseeing the on-site delivery of a diverse range of projects, including:
- Commercial siteworks
- Subdivision construction
- Roading and water infrastructure contracts
You will play a key role in the daily execution of both greenfield and brownfield projects throughout the Selwyn and Christchurch metropolitan areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team to ensure projects are delivered safely on time, and to a high standard
- Collaborate closely with the Civil Manager to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of growth and accountability

- Proven experience in civil construction, with a background in leading teams
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish
- A proactive, reliable, and hardworking attitude
