We’re seeking a motivated Roading Foreperson to drive a civil roading crew on projects throughout Canterbury.
The role includes:
- Planning daily tasks and managing productivity
- Ensuring health & safety and quality standards are met
- Using tablets/apps to complete and manage QA documentation
- Liaising with project managers and clients
You will have:
- Experience in civil roading works
- Previous foreman or senior leading hand experience
- Ability to use technology for QA and site documentation
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Full Class 1 licence (Class 2–4 an advantage), WTR
- STMS preferred
