We are currently seeking an experienced Drainage Foreman with strong leadership skills who is ready to take the next step in their career.
About the Role
Reporting to the Site Supervisor, you will lead a drainage crew of 3–4 staff and have full autonomy over the drainage team’s performance on site. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering drainage works to a high standard while meeting programme, quality, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a drainage crew to achieve project targets and timelines
- Construct and install civil infrastructure including:
- Sewer
- Stormwater
- Water reticulation
- Common services
- Ensure works are completed to specification, quality standards, and programme requirements
- Demonstrate strong leadership in health & safety, quality, and team performance
- Coordinate daily activities, resources, and site requirements
- Use technology effectively for site reporting, plans, and documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading a drainage crew in a civil construction environment
- L4 National Certificate – Pipe Installation
- CCC Authorised Drainlayer
- Relevant work licences:
- Minimum Class 1 & 2
- W, T, R endorsements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient with modern construction technology and systems
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with a commitment to safety
