About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Civil All-Rounder to join our hardworking crew. This role would suit someone currently operating at a Foreman or 2IC level who enjoys remaining hands-on while working as part of a tight-knit team. You’ll be confident working independently across all areas of civil construction and involved in a wide range of projects, from small maintenance works through to larger-scale civil projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Trenching, backfilling, and site preparation
- Pipe laying (stormwater, wastewater, water and services)
- Kerb and channel, footpaths, and general concrete works
- Operating small plant and machinery (e.g. rollers, plate compactors)
- Reading and working from plans and site instructions
- Maintaining high health and safety standards on site
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in civil construction (all-rounder experience preferred)
- Ability to confidently undertake a wide range of civil tasks
- Competency using hand tools and small plant
- Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
- Solid understanding of site health and safety requirements
- Full Class 1 driver licence (Class 2 and/or WTR endorsements an advantage)
