We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to lead crews on subdivisions & roading projects across Christchurch and Canterbury. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing site operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This permanent, full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our construction team in New Zealand.
The Role
- Lead and supervise civil crews on site
- Deliver subdivisions & roading works
- Plan daily tasks, labour, and plant
- Drive health & safety, quality, and productivity
- Coordinate with supervisors and project teams
- Work Includes

About You
- Lead and supervise civil crews on site
- Proven NZ civil construction experience
- Foreman / leading hand background
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Safety-focused and organised
- Class 2 licence (higher classes an advantage)
