Civil Earthworks Site Supervisor

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join our team and help deliver high-quality projects with a strong focus on sustainability and safety.

As Site Supervisor you will work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to ensure smooth operations on-site. You will oversee staff, subcontractors and machinery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and staff
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage site documentation
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and environmental standards
• Represent the company in client meetings
• Maintain a positive team culture aligned with our values

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in civil construction or earthworks
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• A proactive, positive attitude
• NZ Resident or Citizen
