Customer Service Representative We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to support a large-scale, customer-impacting national project within a busy contact centre environment. These are temporary roles suited to people who enjoy problem-solving, helping customers, and working with digital platforms.
About the Role You’ll support customers across phone, email, and online channels, assisting with account-based enquiries, digital platform navigation, and customer programmes. A key part of the role is confidently guiding customers through website and app usage and resolving issues when things don’t work as expected.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- Support customers with loyalty programmes and account registrations/updates
- Guide customers through app and website navigation
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve queries efficiently
- Deliver consistently high-quality customer service in a high-volume environment
Hours & Rosters Contact centre operates 7 days per week, between 7:30am – 8:00pm
Roster patterns may include:
- Monday – Friday
- Tuesday – Saturday
- Sunday – Thursday
Shift times range between 7:30am and 8:00pm
About You
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
- Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Patience, resilience, and comfort working in a busy environment
- CRM experience beneficial but not essential (Salesforce exposure is an advantage)
