We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our growing Clinical Trials team as a Clinical Trials Coordinator, based in the heart of Silverdale Centre.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical research. You'll be responsible for coordinating and driving clinical trial activities, ensuring studies are conducted efficiently, ethically, and in line with SOPs, GCP, and regulatory requirements.

About the Role

As a Clinical Trials Coordinator, you will manage the day-to-day operations of clinical trials, working closely with Team Leader and Principal Investigators and study stakeholders. You'll be central to participant care, study coordination, and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage daily clinical trial operations in compliance with study protocols, GCP, and regulatory guidelines
  • Lead participant recruitment, screening, enrolment, and informed consent processes
  • Schedule, monitor, and conduct participant visits, ensuring accurate and timely data collection
  • Prepare and maintain essential study documentation and regulatory files
  • Collaborate with Principal Investigators and internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth study delivery
  • Perform data entry and assist with data review and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and sponsor requirements
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate records for monitoring and audits
  • Provide support during site visits, monitoring visits, and audits

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or a related field)
  • Current APC
  • Recent hands-on clinical experience (not a requirement)
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • A genuine passion for clinical research and problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
