Mukbang Korean BBQ is seeking a full-time Cook to join our kitchen team. The role involves preparing and cooking menu items and assisting with the day-to-day kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities Preparing and cooking menu items in accordance with the restaurant’s recipes and standards Preparing ingredients including meat, seafood, vegetables, and sauces Monitoring food during preparation and cooking to ensure quality and consistency Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards are maintained Assisting with portioning, plating, and presentation of dishes Storing food items correctly and assisting with stock rotation Cleaning kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas Working with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient kitchen operations

Requirements At least 1 year of relevant work experience as a cook, or A relevant Level 4 qualification in cookery or equivalent
