The Mayor of Ale
We’re looking for a strong, experienced Duty Manager who can confidently run a shift and understands that outstanding customer service is key. The Mayor of Ale is a family-run business, open just 6 months and already a local favourite. We need someone who can hit the ground running and take real ownership of the floor.
You Must Have:
*Proven experience as a Duty Manager in hospitality
*Current LCQ & Duty Manager Certificate
*Confidence running busy services end-to-end
*Strong leadership and people skills
*Availability to work weekends
