Are you an experienced Recruitment or administration professional looking for your next opportunity? We're looking for a proactive, organised and people-focused Recruitment Coordinator to join our team and support recruitment activity across a large national workforce. This is a fast-paced and varied role where no two days look the same. You'll work closely with the Recruitment Manager and internal stakeholders while managing the full recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding! About the Role In this role, you will: *Source, screen and shortlist candidates across multiple online platforms *Manage the recruitment inbox and respond to candidate queries *Coordinate interviews and support Hiring Managers throughout the selection process *Prepare employment documentation, including contracts and position descriptions *Maintain recruitment and HR systems, including employee records *Provide recruitment reporting, statistics, and data to senior leaders *Support general HR and recruitment administration as required
What We're Looking For Essential: *Experience in recruitment, HR admin or a related role *Strong organisational and time management skills *Excellent written and verbal communication *High attention to detail and strong analytical ability *Ability to work independently and use initiative *Proficiency in Microsoft Office *Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships *Professionalism, integrity, and sound judgement Desirable: *2+ years' experience in Recruitment/HR *Background in account management or customer service *Industry knowledge relating to operational, rostered or shift-based workforces
