As a recruiter in the temp division, you will be responsible for working with a portfolio of iconic NZ corporate names as well as mentoring people who may have been unemployed for up to years - this is a chance to not just forge a career, but also make a real difference to real people's lives.

We have a vacancy in our Avondale office for a determined person with excellent admin skills to join the team. Training will be provided - you do not need recruiting experience. The job is about attitude and desire to become a consultant.

Note - these are not office-bound jobs. Our people conduct safety analyses of industrial sites and are a visible presence on the factory floor as a regular part of the job, so you will quickly become familiar with a range of industries and job types. This means you will work some odd hours and the position comes with on-call responsibilities, so you must be able to be flexible on the hours you are available.
