OneStaff Tauranga is currently seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Operator / Programmer for a well-established engineering client.
This is a key role within the team, suited to someone confident not only in operating CNC lathes, but also in programming and supporting others on the floor.
What you’ll be doing:
- Operating and programming CNC lathes
- Setting up jobs and ensuring precision machining standards
- Training and supporting other team members on CNC processes
- Working closely with the wider workshop team to meet production targets

- Proven experience operating and programming CNC lathes
- Ability to train and mentor others
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good problem-solving skills and a practical mindset
