TDM is growing, and we’re looking for an Office Administrator who understands how a busy workshop operates.
We’re a family-owned business with seven sites across Auckland, specialising in trucks, trailers, and fleet vehicles. Our Penrose office needs someone organised, reliable, and able to keep things moving in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Processing job cards into invoices accurately and on time
- Managing accounts receivable and following up outstanding invoices
- Processing banking and payments
- Assisting with payroll when required
- General office administration and support
You’ll fit in well if you:
- Have relevant experience in a workshop, transport, or service environment
- Understand how jobs flow from the workshop floor through to invoicing
- Have used Orion or similar job management software
- Have experience with MYOB Payroll or similar systems
- Are organised, reliable, and able to work independently
- Can handle a busy environment and keep on top of priorities
- Don’t mind picking up the phone to follow up accounts
