9:00 am to 2:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Home for school pick-up, every day.
We're a family run group of three businesses based in Otahuhu - scaffolding, mobile scaffold hire, and construction site security towers. This is a newly created role working closely alongside our Office Manager. We're looking for someone reliable and easy going who can hit the ground running, take ownership of their work, and make this role their own.
What you'll be doing
- Invoicing and payment loading in MYOB
- Bank reconciliations
- Chasing overdue invoices
- Customer calls and emails
- Mobile scaffold bookings
- Managing sub-tenant invoicing and building inspections
- Weekly payroll processing in Crystal Payroll (shared with Admin Manager)
- Timesheet collection and checking
- Creating Facebook ads for our mobile scaffold business
- Toolbox meeting notes
- Various other tasks working closely alongside the Admin Manager
What we're looking for
- Strong, hands-on MYOB experience - this is essential
- Previous admin or accounts background, ideally in a trade environment
- Confident chasing debtors and managing accounts receivable
- High attention to detail
- Confident phone manner and clear written communication
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks without being micromanaged
- Some social media or digital marketing experience is a bonus
What we offer
- $30-32p/hr depending on experience
- 9:00 am - 2:00 pm Monday to Friday - perfect for school hours
