Description
This is a busy, varied role where you will be interacting closely with our team, customers and suppliers, playing a key part in keeping the business running smoothly.
About the role:
- Accurate data entry and job scheduling
- Office administration - debtors, creditors, accounts, IRD payments
- Provide professional, friendly customer service
- Insurance liaison and invoicing
- Confidential and timely payroll processing
- H&S audit management and training record maintenance
- Parts ordering, tracking and inventory management
- Assisting with quote preparations
About you:
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Confident communicator
- Shows initiative and willingness to learn
- Good computer skills (MYOB and MS Office)
