Description

This is a busy, varied role where you will be interacting closely with our team, customers and suppliers, playing a key part in keeping the business running smoothly.

About the role:

  • Accurate data entry and job scheduling
  • Office administration - debtors, creditors, accounts, IRD payments
  • Provide professional, friendly customer service
  • Insurance liaison and invoicing
  • Confidential and timely payroll processing
  • H&S audit management and training record maintenance
  • Parts ordering, tracking and inventory management
  • Assisting with quote preparations

About you:

  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Confident communicator
  • Shows initiative and willingness to learn
  • Good computer skills (MYOB and MS Office)
