Booking Clerk - Orthopaedics Permanent, part time role (0.5 FTE working 40 hours per fortnight, shifts across Monday - Friday between the hours of 7.30am and 4pm) Based at North Shore Hospital

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organised and self-motivated Administrator to join our Orthopaedic Booking and Scheduling team on a permanent, part time basis.

This is an exciting, dynamic role where you can make a difference, based at North Shore Hospital. The role involves scheduling outpatient clinic and surgery appointments, management of waitlists and liaising with whanau requiring appointments. You will support the pursuit of Maori health gain as well as achieving equitable health outcomes for Maori.

About you

You must have good computer literacy and data skills, along with excellent communication skills as you will liaise with a variety of key stakeholders within our team and with staff of the wider Waitemata District. Experience in an administrative role in the health sector and IPM system is preferred but full training will be given. Excellent spoken and written English and attention to detail are essential.
