We are looking for a highly organised administration superstar to join our Papakura based team. If you love having variety, you shine in a busy atmosphere and take satisfaction in ensuring everything operates seamlessly behind the scenes, we would love to hear from you.
We are a business of 50+ employees across four divisions. We have a small admin staff and are not corporate, so no suits allowed. A good sense of humour is required for our fast paced and time critical organisation.
Trade-based operations experience (plumbing, electrical etc) would be great, although training will be provided. You will be supporting our Head of Operations with a wide variety of day-to-day administration tasks and reporting, including:
- Providing administrative support to key operational team members
- Managing staff inductions and training
- General administration tasks performed accurately and efficiently.
- Liaising with customers and internal teams
- Helping to ensure the operations of our 24/7 business run smoothly.
Your attributes will include being:
- Organised, proactive, and detail-focused
- Calm under pressure with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Motivated with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working independently and within a team
- Confident using Microsoft Office programs, with Xero and/or ServiceM8 experience a bonus.

Must haves:
- Current Full NZ Driver License
- Able to drive both Manual and Automatic vehicles
- Pass a pre-employment drug test and random testing thereafter.
- Legally able to work in NZ
