Office & Accounts Administrator - Full-time or Part-time (30–40 hours per week) | Kitchen Manufacturing Industry
We are a well-established and growing kitchen manufacturing business seeking an experienced Office & Accounts Administrator to join our team. This is a diverse and integral role, supporting both financial functions and the day-to-day operational running of the business.
About the Role
This position offers a mix of accounting, administration, and operational support responsibilities. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth office processes and supporting production workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end payroll processing
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Bank reconciliations and general accounting support using Xero
- Completing daily office administration functions
- Supporting job management systems and workflow coordination
- Providing operational support to the wider team
- Manage and maintain Health & Safety administration
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience with Xero (essential)
- At least 5 years’ experience using job management software
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly regarded:
- Experience with Jobman software
