About the Opportunity
Programmed Facility Management is seeking an experienced Trades Administrator to support our busy team based in Henderson.
This is a full-time 12-month opportunity, offering 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday during business hours.
You'll play a key role supporting maintenance contracts through the accurate processing of work orders, invoices, purchase orders and contract information.
This role has a strong processing focus and involves a high volume of data entry. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with systems, maintaining accuracy and managing repetitive tasks efficiently.
Working closely with our Trades team, you'll need to be comfortable working with practical, straight-talking people, organised, adaptable and comfortable working in a busy operational environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Processing high volumes of work orders, invoices, credit notes and purchase orders
- Entering and maintaining contract and customer information across multiple systems
- Ensuring data is accurate and processed within required timeframes
- Supporting contract delivery through timely administrative processing
- Monitoring job progress and contract requirements
- Maintaining contract documentation and records
- Providing administrative support to the Trades team
What We're Looking For
- Experience in contract, service, maintenance or operational administration
- Strong data entry and administrative processing skills
- Experience managing work orders, invoices and purchase orders
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook and Word
- Experience using work order or job management systems
- Ability to build positive working relationships within an operational team
