Description

We’re recruiting for a standout Project or Commercial Administrator to support a high performing project team. This role is all about quality. We’re not looking for someone to simply sit in the chair. We want someone who brings structure, accuracy and strong follow up habits to keep the project running smoothly.

This is a 3 month contract with an immediate start and the potential to extend.

About the Role You’ll provide commercial, administrative and coordination support across the project, working closely with the PM team. Your day to day will include:

  • Managing variations, NCOs, RFIs and commercial documentation
  • Keeping key registers up to date and proactively following up actions
  • Preparing documentation for client submission and monthly reporting
  • Supporting schedules, weekly work plans and progress updates
  • Coordinating meetings and capturing actions
  • Maintaining QA records, ITP evidence and organised project filing
  • Providing general project admin support where needed

This role plays a pivotal part in strengthening project controls and ensuring the delivery team can stay focused and productive.

About You We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Around 3 years’ experience in project or commercial administration
  • Background from construction, engineering, utilities or similar
  • Strong organisational discipline and excellent attention to detail
  • Good understanding of variations, documentation and commercial processes
  • Confident communication skills with both office and site teams
  • The ability to work at pace and keep multiple tasks moving
  • Solid MS Office skills, especially Excel and SharePoint
