Description
This role will suit someone who likes to be busy and is happy multi-tasking. Primarily you will be providing admin support to the directors of the company. However, you would also learn our payroll system and invoicing so that you are able to cover these when our office manager is away.
We are a company that likes to have fun and enjoy what we do so the environment is not too serious. However, we are in construction so at times we juggle a lot of balls. The person who does this role needs to be flexible and able to switch around provide support as needed.
As construction sites start at 7am we would ideally like this person to start in the office at 7am so that they are able to answer the phone as required. The approximate hours would be 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
