Administrator

Administrator We’re looking for an experienced Administrator to join a friendly, open-plan office in Tauranga. This part-time role is perfect for someone who enjoys accounts work, values confidentiality, and thrives in a supportive team environment.

Location: Tauranga Start date: June, Materinity leave cover Pay rate: $31–$34/hour (weekly pay)

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing accounts receivable and payable
• Using Xero and Furgus software for day-to-day tasks
• Handling confidential payroll-related information
• General administrative support across the office
• Working closely with a diverse, friendly team

What we’re looking for:

• Experience using Xero and Fergus
• 3–5 years’ experience in administration/accounts roles
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Clean MOJ and Drug Test
• Presentable, adaptable, and able to work in a team environment
