Logistics Customer Service Coordinator

Are you an organised, motivated communicator who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment? Our client is seeking a Logistic Customer Service Coordinator to be an integral part of their New Zealand team, ensuring orders are processed flawlessly and delivered on time.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be the first point of contact for customers, answering calls and resolving ordering issues with a friendly, solutions-focused approach.
• Accurately enter orders and tickets while monitoring logistics reports and un-ticketed orders to keep operations running smoothly.
• Work closely with sales, logistics, warehousing, and administration teams to ensure seamless coordination.
• Handle general administration duties and assist other areas of the business as needed.
• Maintain compliance with OHS regulations and internal policies, prioritising safety and quality.
• Work autonomously and as a supportive team player in a dynamic, growing business.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Level 4 qualification or at least 2 years’ experience in a similar logistics or customer service role.
• Solid understanding of business logistics, ticketing processes, and systems.
• High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude.
