Mechanical Workshop Administrator

Qube Logistics is seeking a Mechanical Workshop Administrator to support our Diesel Engineering Services Workshops playing a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of operations.

Days and Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm

What You’ll Do This is a busy hands-on administration role supporting workshop operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating daily weekly and monthly admin tasks
• Administering and issuing purchase orders (POs)
• Processing purchases reporting and reconciliations
• Supporting workshop teams with accurate documentation
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

You’re professional organised and confident communicating with a range of people.

You’ll also bring:

• 2+ years’ administration and/or accounts experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• A strong health & safety mindset
• A positive attitude with initiative and attention to detail
• A genuine desire to learn and contribute to team success
