Office Administrator (Part-Time)
Papamoa| Monday–Friday | 8:30am – 3:00pm
We’re currently recruiting for a part-time Office Administrator to join a well-established property-focused business in Tauranga.
This is a varied, people-facing role where you’ll be supporting day-to-day operations while acting as the first point of contact for leaseholders and general enquiries.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the go-to person in the office and takes pride in keeping things organised and running smoothly.About the role:

General administrative support across the business
*
First point of contact for phone, email, and walk-in enquiries
*
Working closely with leaseholders and lifestyle village residents
*
Supporting reception and office coordination
*
Managing spreadsheets and assisting with data/admin tasks
*
Helping organise internal events (morning teas, team functions)
*
Assisting across property-related admin where requiredWhat we’re looking for:
*
Previous experience in an administration or office support role
*
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
*
Experience working with spreadsheets and systems
*
Exposure to Xero is advantageous
*
High level of discretion and professionalism
*
Ability to self-manage and show initiative
*
Friendly, approachable, and easy to work with
*
Full driver’s licenceWhat’s on offer:
