Based at Tauranga Hospital Fixed term position - until 31 December 2026 - 32 hours per week Subsidised onsite hospital gym membership + free staff carparking

About the Role

The medical staffing unit have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Administrator to join the team.

Some of your duties will include:

Manage RMO Recruitment and onboarding Manage RMO Medical Council and immigration requirements Organise Rental and Accommodation Collation of credentialling start-up paperwork and processing this on appropriate systems Facilitate Orientation sessions Monthly Reporting

This is a fixed term, part-time position (32 hours per week), based at Tauranga Hospital, until 31 December 2026.

About the Team/Service/ Location

Youll be joining a highly skilled, collaborative, and passionate team. The medical staffing unit is responsible for 256 Resident Medical Officers working across the two hospital sites Tauranga and Whakatane.

Skills required for this role:

Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage fluctuating workloads Ideally you will have experience within a hospital/medical industry A background in HR support Intermediate/advanced computer skills Attention to detail Excellent communication and relationship management skills Excellent attention to detail
