Our office is based in Papamoa and this is a part-time position - 5 days per week - approx 3 hrs per day
The successful candidate must be able to work autonomously and assist with the needs of a growing company. We are looking for someone that is flexible and happy to help out where required in a varied role, with a great sense of humor and can do attitude.
What we need from you:
*Ability to work closely with a busy company Director and create cohesiveness within the needs of the team. *Honesty, confidentiality and reliability. *Have great customer service skills and enjoy exceeding customer expectations. *Must be able to communicate will all ages and cultures exceptional well with a high level of the English language. *Have excellent time management and administrative skills. *Be proactive, independent and use good judgement. *Able to learn and maintain our job allocation and management system. *Be able to learn and have an understanding of our industry, jobs and terms. *A excellent knowledge of the XERO Accounting Package *Be skilled in the use of Social Media platforms for business purpose.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
*Sales Invoicing on our Xero software package. *Debt Collection and Debtor control. *Accounts Payable. *Payroll preparation. *Reconcile accounts and payments. *Job allocation and updating in our management system. *Health and Safety. *Customer queries and communicating with installers in the field. *Dispute resolution if required. *Stock control and ordering
